Mouse moves too fast or slow due to double-click settings.
Cause:
The mouse double-click speed is set too slow or too fast in Windows 95 Control Panel.
Solution:
Select the 'Control Panel' and open 'Mouse' to change the double-click speed.
1) Click Windows 'Start'.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'.

3) Open 'Mouse'.
4) Click the 'Buttons' tab on the Mouse Properties sheet.
5) Click on the slider bar in the 'Double-click speed' section and do one of the following:
a) To slow down the double-click speed, move the slider to the left.
b) To speed up the double-click speed, move the slider to the right.
6) Click 'Apply'.
7) Test the new settings by clicking on the icon in the 'Test area'.
8) Click 'OK'.
